Back in Crown Heights, what one observes
I spied a nasty-looking board on the street, with many nails hammered into it. After looking at it for a while, I realized it was what was left of a home-made Christmas tree. Ingenious, if not somewhat dangerous. And still, it was left curb-side, which is exactly what people do with their real Christmas trees. And who's to say it's not 'real?'
